We are looking for you as a service manager:in Baustelleservice (w/m/d) for DB Fahrwegdienst GmbH at the Hamm site. Your tasks:

You are responsible for the professional management of the employees at the associated construction sites and the economic implementation of the service provision in the area of construction site security and construction services On the basis of the construction site planning, you will secure the construction site installation and processing (e.g. ATWS, FA, MobSi for the construction sites) You tax employees, vehicles and materials depending on the safety requirements, including the introduction of your own employees (personally) and after-contractors into local and operational conditions, as well as the implementation of special instructions, such as winter service You also check the compliance with the regulations of the work, fire and environmental protection and demonstrate that you are carrying out the corresponding instructions, while you are taking into account training, disciplinary and occupational safety measures.
