Your duties Development of IT-based HR software solutions in an international team taking into account current trends in artificial intelligence. Control and support of interactive reports, metrics, dashboards, HR databases and power-BI evaluations Participation in the continuous optimization of HR reporting by developing definitions, processes, systems and results Creation of internal and external reports on HR-relevant indicators by coordinating and managing data collection in companies Take responsibility for tasks from interfaces to other areas (e.g. occupational safety and health, sustainability, corporate reporting) Your profile Successfully completed studies of economic informatics, economics or a comparable discipline. Multiannual professional experience as a data specialist in the HR environment Knowledge of the development of HR systems, HR reporting, Power BI and the use of AI Very good Excel knowledge, including experience with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and Power Query Very good communication skills, especially in cooperation with international contacts.
