Lippeltstraße 1, 22097 Hamburg You run the project teams (project management, construction management, polishing) and team up the teams in cooperation with the department management You are the first contact person to the customer, for our project management with regard to all project-specific issues as well as the after-contractors You take over the project controlling with respect to quality, appointments and costs and regularly conduct forecast discussions with the management You plan, coordinate and control internal and external construction processes You are responsible for the technical clarification and award of post-contracting services You conduct the employee talks of the entrusted project teams in coordination with the department management

You have a successfully completed civil engineering study or a comparable technical training Ideally, you bring with you a multi-year experience in the building management and/or project management of projects in housing construction and have very good knowledge in building law You like to work in the team and have a high social competence You are resilient, enforceable and proves your communicative skills in both negotiating and conflict situations You draw your attention through an excellent organizational ability and an independent way of working
