Quality manager in facility management (m/f/d)

Job description Quality Management & Standards: Responsibility for the further development, implementation and monitoring of quality standards in our facility management services Process & Audit Management: Planning, implementation and evaluation of internal audits, quality controls and object visits Advertising & Action Management: Analysis of deviations, processing of complaints and derivation and follow-up of improvement measures Interface function: Close cooperation with object managers, technology, customer support and management to ensure uniform quality levels Documentation & Reporting: Maintenance of quality indicators, preparation of reports, dashboards and decision templates Training & awareness: Training and workshops for operational teams on quality standards, processes and best practices Continuous Improvement: Identification of Optimization Potentials in Processes, Performance Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Complete study in the field of facility management, quality management, industrial engineering or alternatively a technical or commercial training with corresponding further training Multiannual professional experience in facility management, ideally focusing on quality, process or project management Safe occurrence, high communication strength and enforcement ability to internal and external stakeholders Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with CAFM systems or QM tools of advantage Basic knowledge of relevant standards and standards (e.g. ISO, internal performance indicators, SLA models) desirable High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and joy in the further development of organisations
