At the next time, we will look for you as a foreman:in Cleaning Building (w/m/d) for DB Services GmbH at the Bremen site. The body shall be occupied for one year.

Your tasks:

• Through hygiene and cleanliness, you make sure that our guests feel comfortable - you are responsible for receiving the updated work order at the start of service as well as the implementation in your team

• You bring the buildings of our customers: the office complexes and their exteriors with high-quality cleaning products, along with your team, to high-gloss

• Your tasks include: cleaning of sanitary facilities, glass cleaning and quality testing of entrance, intermediate and final inspections

• For our customers:inside you are contact:in the spot and are available for advice and acceptance

• You are also responsible for reporting necessary quality assurance measures to the management

• The transfer and closure of cleaning equipment and materials is also your responsibility

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed training as a building cleaner:in, glass cleaner:in or alternatively several years of experience as cleaning power

• Ideally, you have already gained first experience as a manager in a service company, such as e.g. in the field of care, vegetation care, logistics

• Working in layers does not matter to you (Mo-So / Early, Late and Night Layer)

• You are physically stressable, friendly, customer-oriented and have a high level of empathy as well as enforcement

• At best, you have a valid class B license as well as fluent German language skills in word and font
