General: Buying & Sales support Customer and supplier contact (general communication) at national and international level Close communication and coordination with the respective business unit and other specialist departments Offer processing Processing of alerts/enquiries Costing creation (incl. freight request etc.) Supply and delivery Order processing Creating order confirmations Internal communication and coordination of new orders General order management Auditing and clarification master data filling out specific customer data sheets Project work Support for new product developments and new presentations with data sheets and presentations Creation of market analyses Other Requirement and shipping of patterns Organisation and implementation of tastings Trade fair visits, various travel activities as required Conducting statistics, evaluations Further development of our processes, participation in optimization potentials If necessary, take the goods and package including forwarding to the competent body Regular processing of the postal basket Maintenance and archiving of documents in the standard software Care of contacts in Outlook General correspondence & other commercial activities in purchasing and selling

Complete industrial studies or comparable commercial vocational training Basic PC identifiers focusing on the Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good knowledge of German and English (in word and writing) A high level of commitment, team capacity and flexibility A structured procedure
