Our warehouse runs round with you: you check and track the movement of goods through our warehouse management systems and plan the processing of all ongoing customer orders. Priorities, volume of day and special orders – you have everything in mind. You assemble the goods for delivery and coordinate the processes with the teams in the warehouse. In the receipt of goods, you collect routinated goods deliveries in our goods management system as well as in the customer's SAP system and track the further processing status. Certainly, you process clarification cases in the goods outlet and check the causes in case of delivery defects. You know where we stand: you evaluate stock data and create reports, statistics and performance-related key figures. For our customers, forwarders and suppliers you are direct: contact:in and answer questions about ongoing orders. As a service provider, flexibility is one of our strengths. You are also flexible and support your colleagues if necessary, e.g. during customs processing, and process import and export orders.

In the organization and planning you are strong. With your completion and the appropriate logistical know-how, you are perfectly prepared for your tasks. The following qualifications and skills bring you with: You are a merchant:woman for forwarding and logistics services or specialist:in for freight and logistics. Alternatively, you have a commercial training, for example as an industrial businessman:wife completed and good knowledge in logistics. With first experience in warehouse logistics, you are redirected with warehouse management systems and MS Office. Ideally, you have first experience in customs processing and coordination with the competent customs authorities. Communication is your strength. You bring good knowledge of German, know who needs information and get to the point quickly. Work in shift operation is not a problem for you. If a lot is going on, keep an overview and set clear priorities. You can quickly find a solution and pack up with challenges.
