Professional leadership, support and organisation of a team of employees in the field of assembly during machine installation and commissioning of automation processes Organisation of the operating daily business for this group of employees by means of working and testing documents in coordination with the responsible assembly group manager Construction and installation of machinery and equipment Professional integration, instruction and training of employees including detailed instructions about all work processes Support team members to optimize work processes/flows Support in the development and implementation of improvement measures in cooperation with other disciplines Detection and reporting of additional work needs and employees in the creation of installation plans Technical responsibility for the testing of plants taking into account appropriate standards Organisation and implementation of FAT and SOP together with other departments Support in the addition and correction of technical drawings/pneumatic plans as well as in process optimization in the field of assembly in cooperation with other fields Organisation and implementation of Shop Floor Rounds as well as production management in the area of responsibility

Complete vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic or comparable qualification Continuing training as a master/technician or professional experience in mechanical engineering / automation technology desirable Very good technical understanding and the ability to read and understand technical plans and drawings Knowledge of automation processes, pneumatics, commissioning of machines and systems readiness to travel (in Germany and abroad) Very good communication skills with internal and external contacts Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as very good knowledge in dealing with current MS Office applications
