At the next time we are looking for Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Your tasks: Professional leadership and further development of the team Ensuring efficient and proper processing of all processes in the passive business (e.g. account management, payment transactions, savings and deposit products) Responsibility for the administration and care of product, price and condition data in the IT systems Further development and optimization of workflows and quality assurance Monitoring compliance with service standards and processing of complaints Support in implementing regulatory requirements and internal guidelines Further development of processes in the fields of market success Passive and payment transactions Your profile: (m/w/d), banking business (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of market success Passive Found experience in leadership and further development of teams Embossed analytical skills and structured working Communication strength, enforcement ability and team orientation
