Controller in the budget and financial area (m/f/d)

You support us in the management and monitoring of the centrally managed funding of the Thunen Institute and are responsible for controlling individual privately funded projects You take over activities in the booking area, such as invoice processing and arrangement of household bookings You support the administration of various ERP systems in the Finance Unit, such as PASS and HICO, as well as regular reconciliation of these to ensure data integrity and smooth processes You are part of the team working on finance digitalization projects and helping to develop innovative solutions for the financial management of the Thünen Institute You support budgeting and accounting to make the financial processes of the Thünen Institute efficient and transparent.

Graduate or Bachelor degree in Administration, Public Management, Economics, Business Administration, Taxes, Administrative Informatics or in a comparable degree course (FH Diploma/B. A.) Knowledge in budgetary and financial matters, in particular in the field of public budgetary law Safe handling of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems such as PASS, MACH or SAP and the federal HKR procedure Secure German (in word and writing) and good English skills Team spirit, open communication and structured working
