As a product owner for Microsoft ERP, you are THE enabler for the globally established product, especially for the setup, operation and rollout of the ERP system landscape. You represent the product worldwide in the Dräger organization. Your future tasks: Strategic definition and further development of the product and its functions and components Creating roadmaps for the transition of our existing Navision landscape into the new Business Central world Continuous improvement of our template and reliable conversion of customer requests Scouting and evaluating new technologies Developing the Sourcing Strategy (Make-or-buy) and optimizing SLAs Professional leadership of the product team with focus on strengthening the self-organization of the employees and further development of the team Responsibility for the product budget

Successfully completed university studies in the field of IT, economics or comparable Comprehensive professional experience with ERP software and its implementation Experience in budget, project and human resources management with successfully developed and implemented IT solutions – like international Know-how with agile methods such as OKR, DevOps, SCRUM and modern management approaches German and English skills

You’re passionate about future-oriented ideas and trends and you’re using them with your team. At the same time, you are moving between all hierarchical levels and playfully between the cultures.
