Assembly planner / E-planner for electrical installations in plant engineering limited to 12 months (m/f/d)

Offer and costing phase: Creating detailed installation offers including description of the scope of services based on P&ID (R&I flow images), layouts and quote information.

Determining precise assembly times as well as the required material expenditure as the basis for the supply calculation.

Production of mass extracts and technical assembly drawings.

Work preparation & procurement: Specification, comparison and procurement of the entire assembly material.

Creation of complete tender documents and collection/evaluation of supplier offers.

Organisation and disposition of required tools, special safety equipment and construction site equipment (e.g. containers, cranes, hoists).

Compilation of all relevant assembly and documentation documents.

Project support & execution planning: Consulting and interface function for project management.

Creation, coordination and continuous tracking of assembly schedules and schedules.

Preparation of assembly processes to ensure a smooth start of construction sites.

Current cost monitoring, nominal actual comparisons and post-calculation.

Application on site & building site transfer: Instruction of construction ladders and assembly personnel directly on site at the construction site.

Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards when handing over.

Technical requirements: Education: Successfully completed technical studies (electrotechnics, industrial engineering) or training as technician/master in the field of electrical engineering / plant engineering. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in assembly planning, work preparation or as a construction manager in the field of industrial electrical assembly/plant construction. Planning understanding: Secure reading and interpreting of P&IDs, R&I schemes, single-line diagrams and layout plans. Software knowledge: * Routinized handling of MS Office (especially MS Excel for calculations and MS Word for descriptions). Experience with MS Project (or comparable scheduling software) as well as CAD systems for creating assembly drawings. Languages & travel activities: Language knowledge: German language skills and good English knowledge in word and writing for international communication. Readiness to travel: High flexibility and willingness to worldwide, short-term assembly and construction sites. Driving practice: Valid driving licence of class B. Social & Personal competencies: Teamability: Embossed collaborative and communication skills at the interface between project management, suppliers and construction site personnel. Organizational skills: Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation – also under term printing. Cost and quality awareness: entrepreneurial thinking in costing and procurement.
