for our location in the Volksbank-Center Tauberbischofsheim or in the head office Oberschefflenz, You are part of our process team and are responsible for the analysis, development and optimization of bank-wide processes. In doing so, you combine technical requirements with modern solutions in the areas of digitalization, automation and process management and make a significant contribution to the sustainability of our bank.

What you expect: You continuously develop existing processes and develop new processes along the strategic orientation of our bank. You analyse process processes, identify optimization potentials and conduct appropriate improvement measures. You accompany the digitalization and automation of processes and support their technical implementation. You translate technical requirements into practical process and system solutions. You configure and integrate standard processes of our network and digitization partners. You document processes and process solutions and ensure compliance with defined standards. You plan, coordinate and accompany changes within your area of responsibility. You support the administration and integration of applications and process solutions. You accompany and advise process participants in the introduction of new processes, systems and procedures. You carry out process analyses and derive sustainable measures to optimise and increase efficiency. You observe technological developments and regulatory requirements and evaluate their benefits for our bank. You provide impulses for the continuous development of our processes, applications and digital solutions.

What you bring: Successfully completed banking training, an economic study or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in process management, process optimization or in a comparable task field. Experience in the analysis, documentation and further development of business processes. Good knowledge in the areas of digitalization, automation and modern process solutions. Embossed analytical and conceptual thinking. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation. Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines. High readiness for change and the ability to successfully accompany changes.
