Your duties

• Efficient, intelligent organization of kitchen drains
• Professional preparation and preparation of cold and hot dishes according to the highest standard
• Designing the menu
• Motivating employee management incl. development and service design
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene guidelines incl. Documentation
• Ensure compliance with our high quality standards
• Purchase of goods and ordering including documentation in the goods management system

Your gastronomic operation is located in Esslingen am Neckar.
