Contract and Procurement Officers (m/f/d)

Responsible management and implementation of national and pan-European procurement procedures. Consultation and support of the departments in the creation of performance directories and valuation and decision matrices. Creation, coordination and quality assurance of all required tender documents. Support for communication with tenderers and processing of tenderers during ongoing procedures. Examination and evaluation of incoming offers together with the relevant departments. Assessment of contract claims, performance changes and duration extensions under contract law. Control of the orderly transfer of contract after completion of the procurement procedure. Creation and testing of contract drafts, for example for lease, lease, service and maintenance contracts and framework agreements. Advising the departments in procurement and contractual matters. Examination of procurement applications with regard to completeness, plausibility and tender relevance. Processing and legal assessment of procedural scrutiny for legal assessment. Participation in audit procedures before the awarding chamber in cooperation with the group management.

Successfully completed studies of law (at least first legal state exams), economics or administrative sciences, economics or a comparable qualification. Interest in legal and economic issues and the willingness to engage in complex topics. Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. Embossed communication skills and a secure and binding occurrence against internal and external contact persons. High level of care, accuracy and sense of responsibility. Very good knowledge of popular MS Office applications. Ideally, you will also bring: Professional experience in procurement, procurement or public administration. Knowledge in public procurement law, in particular in the field of GWB, VgV, VOB and UVgO.
