Global Customer Manager (m/w/d) for e-Mobility

You develop and control global customer strategies in the field of e-mobility (Masterbachtes and Additives) together with our regional sales managers Take over the complete distribution of your key accounts – from offerings to price negotiations to implementing growth strategies By establishing a relationship and regular exchange, strengthen your networks with the most important contacts on the customer side Technical support for product launch and support for the qualification of new applications are also part of your responsibility In addition, you act together with virtual, international teams from different disciplines and ensure smooth cooperation With your market understanding, you analyze trends, competitors and customer needs and provide valuable impulses for marketing and innovation

They have completed technical or economic studies or a comparable training with sound technical and/or commercial experience They have already gained experience in international sales and key account management, ideally in the field of polymer additives or master batch with excellent customer orientation, is characterized by sovereign appearance and excellent communication and negotiation skills Your work is analytical, structured and self-responsible – you can also keep an overview in complex structures International readiness to travel (> 40 %) as well as knowledge of English that is safe to negotiate are of course for you; Other languages are a plus
