Teamability and willingness to cooperate closely with teachers. Friendly, motivated appearance and pedagogical sense of responsibility.The activity is assigned to S 8a TV-L. However, if you do not have training as a state-recognized educator/educator, you do not meet the personal requirements of this grouping and are therefore grouped into S 4 TV-L. Since, as indicated above, this is a fundamentally unreasonable period of time, it is already described in § 14 para. 2 p. 2 TzBfG.
