You are responsible for developing and validating innovative digital products, services and business models with a consistent focus on user needs, problem relevance and market potential. You conduct market and competition analyses to identify opportunities for disruptive innovations and new ventures and to create sound basis for decision-making. You identify and review critical hypotheses along the entire discovery and product development process – from the first problem to the MVP decision. Using methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Business Model Canvas, you develop ideas and concepts quickly and make clear recommendations. New concepts are quickly prototyped, tested and data-based developed in the interdisciplinary triad of UX designers, software engineers and venture architects. You develop business and financial models for new products, including forecasts, budgeting and resource planning. To advance strategic decisions and new business initiatives, you work closely with stakeholders and leadership teams.

Degree in Business, Innovation Management, Business Informatics, Entrepreneurship, Digital Health, Design or a comparable degree course Multiannual professional experience in the fields of venture building, innovation, digital product development – ideally in a corporate consultancy, innovation department or a start-up within the healthcare sector Found experience in the structured validation and development of digital products and business models, especially in the early phase up to the MVP maturity Very good understanding of discovery, analysis and decision-making processes as well as methods such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking, agile product development and hypothesis-driven work Embossed communication and moderation capabilities Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to structure complex issues clearly and make sound recommendations even under uncertainty Pragmatism combined with solution orientation & Focus on the main
