IT Management and Controlling Specialist CIO-Office (m/f/d)

In the newly built CIO office of APKV, we combine governance, compliance, implementation control and support with our tribes, departments and corporate partners in a close shoulder. We ensure a secure, resilient and performant IT operation. In the position “IT-Controlling and Controlling” you can expect varied and responsible tasks in direct cooperation with the CIO of APKV. You are customer-oriented as a central interface between the APKV Tribe Organisation, the departments and outsourced functions of the IT-Retained Organisation. The special focus is on controlling and controlling in provider management and in the functions of information security (ISM, IRM, IAM).

This is what we expect as an IT controller and controlling specialist CIO-Office (m/w/d) You work closely with the CIO of the APKV and, as a competent contact person, support other APKV units for your tasks. You monitor and control APKV across the IT services along with the provider management in Allianz One, pay attention to compliance with SLAs and evaluate the service of the providers. In case of deviations, you will take specific measures together with responsible persons, for example Service Owner. You manage operational IT run topics such as incidents, workplace, infrastructure, exceptions, etc. You coordinate the interface between the APKV and the functions of information security (ISM, IRM, IAM) and support in a practical implementation in the APKV. You will strengthen the holistic view of IT-Economics by developing an overall view of the costs of change and run processes and their benefits together with the APKV controlling units.

This is what you bring with you as an IT controller and controlling specialist CIO-Office (m/w/d) You have a degree in the field of (economic) informatics, economics or a comparable discipline. You have experience in managing outsourced IT services and in provider management, e.g. handling service level agreements and outsourcing tasks. You have extensive experience in the IT environment as well as IT governance and information security. You bring experience in working with agile teams and interdisciplinary units such as tribe organizations. You are convinced by your communication and presentation strength at the operational and management level as well as by your safe occurrence and your persuasiveness. You are interested in developing your knowledge in using new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or Internal ChatGPT. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing that complete your profile.
