As an interface between customers, sales and internal departments, you ensure efficient and customer-oriented processing of enquiries. Supporting customers in daily business by phone or email
Creation, costing and tracking of offers
Development and maintenance of framework contracts for large customers
Collection of orders, monitoring of delivery dates and complaint processing
Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer communication
Successfully completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification - also cross-enterprises with corresponding professional experience and interest in the above-mentioned tasks are welcome
Ideally professional experience in sales services, customer service or spare parts sales in machine and plant engineering
Secure handling of MS-Office and SAP skills are advantageous
Communication strength and joy in working with customers and internal teams
Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
