Quality Inspector (m/f/d)

You proactively support the development of the quality laboratory and help in the selection of test equipment and procedures for new products, as well as the integration of new equipment to meet the required standards. You check the product conformity to corresponding customer requirements, document measurement results and work with production to analyze and fix deviations You carry out particle analyses and microscopic tests according to corresponding residual dirt conditions, as well as various measurement tasks with self-created measurement programs on tactile and visual 3D measuring machines

Completed technical training (e.g. measuring technicians, technicians) in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in planning and operational quality Experience gained in the fields of residual soil analysis (techn. cleanliness) and clean room technology as well as knowledge of component cleanliness classes. Knowledge and practical experience in the application of 3D measurement technology with independent programming and operation of CMM machines, deep understanding GD&T and technical drawings (metric and imperial systems) Analytical and independent working methods, responsible tasks and interest in learning new technologies High level of self-employment and self-responsibility Communication and team skills German and English safe in word and writing
