Technical Disponent | Coordinator (m/w/d) Reference number: 393579 Operation planning and appointment control: organisation and coordination of operations of service technicians for maintenance, repairs and small projects Manage service orders: acceptance, prioritization and collection of orders in the system (e.g. CAFM / ERP) and maintenance of relevant order data Administrative support: Processing of offers, orders and invoices and reporting in daily business Communication and coordination: interface between customers, technicians and internal departments – you ensure smooth processes Quality assurance: You keep track of dates, order status and documentation and contribute to WISAG's high service quality Your location is in Frankfurt am Main. Complete technical training (e.g. electronics for energy and building technology, mechatronics, plant mechanic SHK) or a commercial training with technical understanding First experience in the technical environment as a disponent, technician, coordinator or specialist Good MS Office knowledge, ideally experience with CAFM or MRP systems Good knowledge of German in word and writing to communicate with customers, technicians and internal contact persons Communication strength, organizational talent and joy in structured, team-oriented work
