Cutting machine operator milling technology (m/f/d)

Machining of components on controlled CNC milling machines, including the creation and optimization of CNC programs with Heidenhain Self-clamping and alignment of the workpieces with reference dimensions as well as selection, assembly and measurement of the appropriate cutting tools Manufacture of running surfaces, fittings and demanding surfaces according to technical drawings and applicable standards (square, finishing, drilling, thread cutting) Safe handling of fine measuring devices (e.g. micrometers, measuring slides, coordinate measuring table) for carrying out full and state checks before the start of processing and for carrying out crane activities for pre- and post-processing (e.g. roughing, finishing, drilling, thread cutting) Execution of completeness and state checks of all components before production and the preparation and maintenance of test and workshop reports including documentation of all process data, results and testing activities

Successfully completed training as a machining mechanic: in milling technology with specialisation as well as at least three years of practical experience in CNC milling, in particular in operation and installation of milling machines Safe handling of Heidenhain CNC controls (e.g. 640 or TNC7) and the ability to create, edit and optimize programs High level of sense of responsibility, pronounced improvability and an organised way of working in the planning and implementation of manufacturing orders Very good detail awareness and the ability to understand, analyze and implement technical specifications Experience in dealing with common computer systems (e.g. CAD/CAM software, ERP/MES systems) including the associated database and documentation functions as well as independent, flexible work, strong team and contact skills and readiness for shift work
