(Senior) Payment Transactions Manager (m/f/d)

Professional management and further development of payment processes via all relevant payment routes, in particular SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit and Instant Payments Central interface function between specialist, IT and finance to ensure consistent processes, data flows and system logic in payment transactions Special responsibility for settlement, clearing and accounting processes as well as their correct accounting mapping and reporting capability Ensuring regulatory, auditable reporting processes (e.g. CESOP, payment traffic statistics, PSD2, GTVO) incl. Responsibility for data quality and logic Control and monitoring of payment flows from Financial Control perspective incl. Analysis and clarification of differences Definition and enforcement of control and quality standards in conjunction with Payment Operations Accompanying product and process changes, releases and scheme changes in payment transactions

Completed studies in the field of economics or completed bank training in combination with further training (e.g. banking business operator) Multiannual professional experience in payment transactions, regulations, financial control in a bank or a financial service provider and further training (e.g. banking business operator) with a focus on the technical interface function between IT, specialist department and finance Knowledge of SEPA procedures (SCT, SDD, SCT Inst) and clearing and settlement processes and relevant infrastructures Very good understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements in bank payment transactions Experience in the analysis of payment deviations, voting as well as in the handling of complex data and process structures Embossed Analytical and Structured Thinking Power and Self-Responsible and Careful Working Safe occurrence and high communication capability in dealing with internal and external stakeholders German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
