Department Manager Business Partner Corporate & SAP Integration (m/w/d) As a business partner, you actively shape the transformation of the IT system landscape with a focus on SAP solutions. The responsibility for the cross-border system architecture lies in your area of responsibility, in particular for finance, controlling and HR as well as for connected resystems and interfaces. As part of your function, you will take over IT project management as well as the technical and disciplinary management of the relevant department for building and developing the IT application landscape using agile and classic methods. In addition, you actively support the IT teams in the projects you are responsible and ensure compliance with IT governance, structured requirement management and consistent project methodology. Another focus of your activity is the qualification and targeted further development of employees to ensure the sustainable in-house protection of the transformation with a focus on SAP S/4HANA. You are responsible for resource and budget planning for the associated projects and systems and provide economic and transparent control. Based on the transformation requirements, you actively participate in the further development of the IT roadmap and develop pragmatic solutions for reporting requirements and associated systems. In addition, the IT department management advises you on strategic and operational issues relating to the IT application landscape.

You have completed their studies in computer science, technical informatics or a comparable field of expertise and have preferably supplemented them with additional qualifications in project management. In addition, you bring multi-year professional experience in IT application development, in particular with a focus on sales systems, and have already acquired first personnel responsibility if possible. First practical knowledge in the introduction of ERP systems, in particular SAP S/4HANA, is desirable, with a focus on finance and controlling. In addition, you have experience in implementing complex software launches and are familiar with at least one established project management methodology for best practices; certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or a comparable qualification and knowledge of agile methods are advantageous. You have knowledge in the field of IT risk assessment and are versed in the design of holistic IT system and architecture concepts. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
