Leitung Unternehmenssicherheit / Head of Corporate Security (m/f/d)

You control the processes for ensuring the personal suitability and reliability of employees in sensitive functional areas and act as a central contact person for correspondence with state supervisory bodies and regulatory authorities. In addition, you will assist the departments in internal and external testing procedures and assist in implementing protective measures. You establish administrative standards for the safe handling, archiving and professional destruction of confidential documents in compliance with data protection, monitor access control systems, analyse security incidents and provide and control special permits, such as photo permits. You are responsible for the company's failure security, conduct risk analyses, create and maintain emergency plans and ensure the maintenance of critical business functions in crisis situations. You carry out internal training, teaching and simulations, such as crisis scenarios, to promote a lived security culture in the company.

You have completed their studies or a comparable qualification in the field of safety, administration, law or a similar field. You bring several years of experience into responsible security functions, ideally in highly regulated companies. Exploringly, you will bring well-founded experience from the federal army, the police, intelligence services or other public administration security bodies. You have a well-founded knowledge of the application and implementation of SÜG and GHB and have high personal reliability. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, a safe handling of MS Office and the willingness to work on specific security software. You are characterized by strength of enforcement, maintain calm even in stressful situations and act responsibly.
