Engineer Network Development (a*)

Your responsibility lies in the development of design principles and structures for the primary and secondary networks as the basis for a uniform network planning. You carry out network-planning basic investigations and create the basis for strategic decisions to further develop the distribution network. In addition, you create, tune and document implementation plans and thus ensure a structured and efficient implementation of the network projects. Analyze new laws and standards in connection with the distribution network and evaluate their consequences and guide necessary adjustments. Change requirements due to new customer connections or changed boundary conditions are evaluated by you and transferred to sustainable network concepts. To test network connection concepts, you will create scenarios and contribute to a future-proof and economical network design.

A completed (special) university degree in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field with an electrotechnical background forms the basis of your profile. Practical experience in the network planning of distribution networks can be brought with you and can provide this know-how in a targeted manner. In addition, you have experience in project work and are familiar with structured, targeted approach in projects. A pronounced IT affinity is yours, ideally complemented by first knowledge in handling software for network calculations and programming. Very good communication skills and a diplomatic enforcement capability allow you to moderate different interests and convincingly represent solutions.
