Building, support and further development of regional customer relations Support of ongoing projects in direct customer contact Expansion of regional account business Development and maintenance of the regional customer network Market and competition monitoring Implementation of operational negotiations Identification of potentials for new products and technologies in the area of vibration control including the required specifications Participation in the strategic development of accounts Account-related portfolio management Participation in trade fairs and industry events

Graduate in economic engineering or economics Professional experience in the automotive sector, ideally in the environment of OEMs and animals 1 Knowledge of international contract law and experience in international pricing and marketing Intercultural competence Ability to motivate colleagues and employees High communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English Very good skills in project management, moderation and presentation Strong rhetorical and pronounced negotiating skills High resilience and determination and solution-oriented operation Ability to build, develop and maintain networks
