Specialist Customer Service (m/f/d)

You serve our customers competently and service-oriented and are their contact person for all questions concerning the course of the shipment. You are in close cooperation with our delivery houses, branches and specialist departments and ensure smooth transport processing. You proactively inform our customers about the status of their shipments, identify deviations early and initiate appropriate measures. You edit shipments using Active Report, unloading reports, indoor recording and the residual mail list and keep an overview at any time. You organize and coordinate special trips when an individual transport solution is required. You analyze inconsistencies in the course of the broadcast and clarify these independently as well as solution-oriented. You process complaints professionally and find a fast and sustainable solution together with all stakeholders. With your organizational talent and your service orientation, you can help our customers rely on DACHSER.

You have completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already bring first professional experience in customer service or logistics. You are happy to deal with people and are characterized by a pronounced service and solution orientation. You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing. You work structured, independent and reliable. Team spirit, commitment and the motivation to achieve goals together are what you will be drawing. You are open to digital applications and work quickly and safely into new systems.
