Top digital marketers in Germany €2.08 billion in revenues in fiscal year 2025 To support the HR team in Cologne, we are looking for an experienced Head of HR Management (w/m/d) in full time at Ströer SE & Co. KGaA.

You take over the overall responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of HR managers and develop the team strategically and operationally You secure and position HR as a strong strategic partner You advise business management and executives on complex personal-strategic issues and derive robust HR solutions You control organisational development, change and transformation processes, and you set impulses for a future-oriented HR work You are responsible for cross-disciplinary issues of strategic human resources management and develop sustainable concepts and solutions to this end and bring your expertise into remuneration, transparency and structural issues You conduct central and decentralized HR projects, prioritize topics effectively and ensure consistent pragmatic implementation

You bring relevant leadership experience in personnel, in particular in the professional and disciplinary management of HR managers or comparable HR teams You have a successfully completed degree with a focus on staff, business, psychology or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience in HR management, ideally in HR Business Partnering or in a comparable strategic-sustaining HR function You convince with strong strategic consulting skills and the ability to support business management and executives at eye level and effectively place HR topics You have profound experience in organizational development and change management You think entrepreneurial, are highly competitive and bring creative will as well as a pragmatic hands-on mentality with
