The role supports service and project teams in technical implementation, further development and successful implementation of PEGA in organisational processes in the defence environment.

As a technical contact person, you accompany all questions concerning PEGA and assist in the coordination between technical and technical requirements The further development of existing applications and workflows is your everyday life as well as the identification of optimization potentials in processes and system solutions In close cooperation with disciplines, architects and project teams, you are driving solutions and driving sustainable integration In addition, you accompany tests, quality assurance measures and documentation to ensure a high solution quality Advice means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on customer and project situation – throughout Germany, in our offices, on the spot and remote from home

A completed study in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification forms your basis Multiannual experience in the development with the PEGA platform, for example as PEGA system architect, developer or business architect, you are already bringing with you and can safely use them in projects. Knowledge in business analysis as well as in request management help you to identify technical needs structured and to translate them into sustainable solutions Experience in the implementation of workflow and process automation solutions as well as in the introduction or further development of platform solutions in complex IT environments Ideally, you have a PEGA certification as well as first experiences or certifications in project management A good understanding of business processes and their digitalization is what distinguishes you and supports you in developing efficient solutions Your work is structured, analytical and solution-oriented, combined with a pronounced communication strength and joy in working with different stakeholders Very good German knowledge (at least C1 level) as well as English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile
