The Ev.-Luth. At the beginning of 2027, Tabita-Kirchengemeinde establishes a new family two-grouped Inclusion-Kita (I-Kita) in a special place: in the newly built and designed rooms of the residential project “Ansgar to Huus – Living under the Kirchturm” next to the Ansgarkirche in Othmarschen. Here are two age-mixed family groups for approx. 33 children from one year to the school entrance find a home where inclusion, diversity and charity are actively lived in a unique atmosphere. Our church is located in the attractive districts of Ottensen and Othmarschen and works closely in the region with the three neighbouring church communities in Bahrenfeld and Altona-Nord. We are carriers of Kita Tabita at the Cross Church in Ottensen, which has been a natural part of our community life for decades with about 100 children in the Crib and Elementary area. The small Ansgar Kindergarten at the site in Othmarschen had to be closed in the course of the new building project a few years ago. This is where Kita is to be rebuilt. We are well connected with other evangelical kitas in community support as well as the expert advice of the church circle. For the control of the preparation phase from autumn 2026 and the subsequent management, we are looking for a visionary, structured and empathic management personality. The Ev.-Luth. Tabita-Kirchengemeinde Ottensen-Othmarschen is looking for a new foundation of an inclusive kita in the joint new building project “Ansgar to Huus – Living under the Kirchturm” (m/w/d), full-time, unlimited.

Your tasks in the construction phase (from autumn 2026) are: Conceptual work: You develop the final pedagogical concept with the focus on inclusion and age-mixed family groups based on the evangelical profile and the institution-specific child protection concept. Authorities Management: You accompany the application procedure for the type of work permit in close coordination with the Hamburg social authority, the church council and the specialist consulting of the church district Team recruiting: You choose your future employees yourself and form a harmonious, competent team of pedagogical staff with and without additional education and a domestic worker in part time. Room design: You accompany the final equipment and material selection for the extraordinary new Kita rooms next to the Ansgarkirche. Public relations: You apply the new facility in the district by creating information material in digital and analog form and placing it at the appropriate locations. occupancy of kita phrases: You present our new kita with their special concept of interested parents.

Your tasks in operation (starting from 2027): Education & organisational management of the two-group institution Leadership and further development of the new team at eye level Living parental partnership in building a trusted Kita community Ensure the inclusion processes and cooperation with external Hamburger specialist services and therapists together with the educator*in with additional curative qualification Public Relations and Advertising for Kita in the District Cooperation with other evangelical kitas in Altona, schools in the neighborhood and other facilities in the region Pedagogical work on child with part of working time according to the developed staff structure for the kita Cooperation with our church community, e.g. in festivals, projects or religious pedagogical impulses

You have a state recognition as an educator with sound management experience, a study of childhood education/social work/healing education or a comparable qualification Included expertise: Funded knowledge or first experience in inclusive education and work with children with increased funding needs (EGH children) bring you with You have organisational skills, a pioneering position and the enthusiasm for filling this special location at the Ansgarkirche with life You can think economically You are willing to introduce themselves into the Kita everyday in addition to the perception of the cable function An identification with the basic values of the Evangelical Church and the joy of making the Christian profile of the Kita sensitive, open and contemporary
