• As a responsible instructor, you take on the professional training of the specialist system integration, promote their personal development and accompany them on their way to completion.
• You support the training in electrical engineering and provide theoretical foundations and practical knowledge.
• You plan and conduct projects in the field of computer science and electrical engineering together with the trainees and dual students.
• You continuously develop the training content and integrate new topics such as AI, automation and robotics into the curriculum.
• You work closely with other trainers and departments to ensure a holistic and practical training.
• You enthuse young people for STEM topics, represent training at trade fairs and actively participate in the selection process of new apprentices.

-You have completed training or studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification. -You have well-founded expertise in network technology. Knowledge in the field of electrical engineering and communications technology is desirable.

• You have successfully completed the training exam (AdA) or are ready to acquire the qualification.
• You are personally suitable and enthusiastic about developing young people both professionally and personally and inspire them for technical topics.
• You show strong readiness, work independently and independently and have a strong communication capability.
• You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
