You support our specialists in the care and care of adult people with cognitive impairments. You are motivating and stimulating to the people: in the design of everyday life, care, care and leisure activities. You'll take over economic work, shopping and utilities. You work in shiftwork, partly on weekends and holidays.

You are open to work with people with cognitive impairments You want to permanently engage and qualify in this area. As an exceptional team player, you can see where your help is needed and keep a cool head even in difficult situations. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you earn between €349 to €3.736 including SuE allowance, with long-term professional experience up to €4.78 (based on TVöD-B pay group S3, full-time, part-time). In addition, there are shift or shift supplements, supplements for night, holiday and Sunday work, a special annual payment of 90% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant.
