As an IT SystemOwner and central support manager (f/m/d) for our project management tool “Clarity” you ensure both the continuous development and smooth operation of the system. You serve our users: in daily support and develop the tool in close coordination with the business at the same time strategically and according to needs. Incident Management (2nd Level Support): Classification, Priorization, Processing and Technical Documentation of Disorders within defined SLA Escalation Management (3rd Party Support): Redirecting complex problems or disruptions to our external service provider incl. Monitoring the processing progress and solution quality, proactive information of the end users and the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation Requirements Management: Assessment, Priority and Coordination of the Implementation of Requirements incl. Processing User Stories for our external service provider Independently responsible implementation of simple requirements Technical and technical advice in the context of the user empowerment and the implementation of training

Completed training or retraining in IT or comparable qualification First professional experience in support and/or further development of systems desirable Safe handling of ticket systems (e.g. Jira) Embossed communication skills and high customer orientation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
