Team Leader Production (m/f/d)

As a team leader production, you take responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of a production team with approx. 12 employees and ensure a smooth running of the manufacturing processes. You coordinate the needs planning of employees, monitor compliance with quality and safety standards and drive forward continuous improvements in production processes. You work closely with adjacent specialist departments such as quality assurance, development and administration to ensure efficient and timely production. Your activities in detail: Planning of personnel use through holiday planning and stratification Promotion of the professional and personal development of employees by accompaniment, feedback and targeted support incl. Training on production and location-relevant topics Control and control of all activities in accordance with the order data and in accordance with local manufacturing regulations Monitoring of production characteristics and deriving effective measures to ensure production quality and quantity Output of consumables and implementation of inventory controls Recording of material complaints according to the intended process Decision-making and introduction of measures for machine or process disorders Visualization and maintenance of problems and improvements via our PDCA Board Administrative activities (bookings, triggering of orders in the ERP system)

You have: Completed technical or craftsmanship, e.g. as plastic and rubber technologues Founded leadership experience of production-oriented teams Good knowledge of the application of production-relevant computer software (MS Office products, boom) Excellent sense of responsibility and high reliability Good communication capability and enforcement strength High level of team capacity and flexibility German language skills Ideally knowledge in the field of fiber composites / Prepregs Basic knowledge of English desirable
