Head of Controlling Construction / Crafts / Damage Restoration (m/w/d)

We are now looking for a new lead for our Controlling team for the #TeamLebenSchuetzen division. You can start now in full time. As a location, each of our refurbishment offices is eligible, for example in Hamburg, Berlin, Leipzig, Stuttgart or NRW. This place requires readiness to travel with regular overnight stays outside. For this, you get a company car you can use privately.

Leadership, development and expansion of a German-wide controlled team with currently seven controllers Responsibility for monthly accounts, reporting and ad hoc analyses – including auditing, commenting and deriving recommendations Organisation of project controlling and risk management as well as active management of debt management Operational support in controlling major projects Own responsibility for legal cases and liability damage – including clarification, coordination and documentation Design and continuous optimization of all controlling processes and procedures – with particular focus on the SAP introduction and their integration into the daily business Close cooperation with central accounting, commercial contact for national branches Accompanying budget process and financial statements including coordination with audit

You bring strong professional experience in controlling and good knowledge about accounting, process optimization, contract law and budget planning. You already have several years of leadership experience and can also work well with a decentralized team. Ideally, you have already worked in the construction industry and know how construction projects are going. You're clear in communication and bring your fingertips in dealing with the branches.
