For our Assurance Solutions division, we are looking for you as Junior Consultant Accounting and Capital Market Consulting (w/m/d).

It's waiting for you Your activities include the preparation and support of stock exchanges and capital increases on the German and US capital markets. You will participate in the prospectus creation and creation of financial information related to Carve Outs or Post Merger Integrations. Advice - You advise on the introduction of capital-marketable reporting. In addition, you will advise our customers to convert HGB to IFRS/US GAAP/other GAAPs and complex accounting issues. Diversity - You support our customers in the digital transformation of financial and accounting processes. The ESG consulting in the transaction environment is also your responsibility. That's what you bring You have completed your studies in economics, (economic) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences or a comparable degree course (although). You have first experience in these areas, which you could collect through internships, for example. You bring theoretical and practical knowledge of national and international accounting.
