Operation and supervision of technical installations at and in buildings Support and participation in energy management Support for all electronic systems, telecommunications / computer and hazard reporting systems Project / subproject management and control as well as planning and construction of construction projects, in particular electrical engineering construction projects in building management Perception of the building function in the projects Completion of projects with responsibility for the budget: assessment, planning, selection, awarding, construction, monitoring of construction, accounting and documentation Maintenance and maintenance of all events A change in the area of responsibility is reserved.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or Master (m/w/d) Professional experience is an advantage Knowledge of the use of municipal procurement law of advantage Safe handling of MS Office programs Knowledge of the application of AVA programmes (e.g. Orca) Team skills, independent and active work Industrial thinking Class B driving licence
