Human Resources Officer Employment Law (m/f/d)

You advise our specialists and executives on labour and collective bargaining issues and are fit in all other questions about the employee life cycle. You keep your eyes open to new laws and jurisdiction. Your mission: always keep contracts and agreements up-to-date. You will examine labour law measures and draw up the necessary documents, in particular legal notices, cancellation agreements and cancellations. You negotiate and implement pre-judicial dispute settlements, working with external lawyers: inside the employer's association. You make sure that our documents are always typoptical in the right to work, and you start legally secure contracts. You regularly train our specialists and executives on relevant labour law topics to raise awareness of legal requirements. You participate in team-wide and company-wide projects and support the further development of personal processes. You work closely with your teammate in the field of labour law.

You are a labour law specialist:in legal training (at least 1st State Exams or Business Lawyer:in) You have at least three years of relevant professional experience as a company lawyer:in with – ideally in the middle – and have excellent knowledge in the Labour, Tariff and Business Constitution Act. You are routined in the research of complex facts, can represent them in a comprehensible and convincing manner in exchange with various stakeholders and bring about pragmatic solutions. You are confident in handling MS Office and other software applications. With your humor and a hand-on mentality, you keep a cool head even in turbulent times.
