Development and implementation of purchasing strategies for building materials and, where appropriate, Subcontracting and services Identification, selection and qualification of new suppliers and the establishment of long-term partnerships Implementation of supplier reviews and risk management with regard to quality, performance, price and timeliness Negotiation of long-term framework agreements and conditions Close cooperation with construction management, project management, technology, costing and controlling Purchase support for project planning and execution, including appointments and delivery coordination Various tasks in supplier and contract management as well as in the tendering and awarding process

Completed commercial or technical training, study or further training as a technician in construction Multi-annual professional experience Good knowledge of MS Office; Knowledge of SAP MM beneficial as well as affinity for digital tools Technical understanding and experience in the design and negotiation of contracts with high individual and total volume High loadability, strong team and communication skills as well as very good negotiation skills and good feeling for people Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English and other foreign language skills of advantage Standing for occasional missions
