You mount forging tool single parts for ready-to-install forging tools. You disassemble warm forging tools with temperatures of up to approx. 200 °C. You document your activities and work results carried out electronically in the corresponding systems. You clean forging tools using a steam radiator. You carry out reworking on tool parts, for example grinding work, to ensure the assembly capability. In the case of faulty or non-fitting tool parts, You agree with the relevant areas. If necessary, You perform grinding and adaptation work on forging tools. You support press lines after appropriate incorporation and qualification. You operate crane systems and transport tools with industrial trucks up to a load capacity of 15 tons. You provide cleanliness and order at the workplaces in the area of die assembly. You participate in safety visits and corporate tours.

You have completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, for example as a procedural mechanic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you will bring relevant professional experience in a metalworking environment. You possess technical understanding and craftsmanship. Ideally, you have experience in handling tools and technical drawings. You bring the willingness to shiftwork in an industrial production environment. You are characterized by a careful, reliable and quality-conscious operation. You like to work in the team and take responsibility for your task. Ideally, you have experience in handling crane systems and industrial trucks or are willing to acquire appropriate qualifications. You have secure user knowledge in handling PC systems and the software applications used in a production environment.
