Self-programming and operation of coordinate measuring machines (Mitutoyo) as well as performing highly precise 3D measurements Measurement of free-form surfaces and control geometries on prototypes, first samples and series components Measurement with CMM, optical (keyence), handheld measuring instruments, laser microscopy. Creation of detailed measurement protocols and initial sample test reports as a binding quality basis expert evaluation of the measurement results and identification of trends or critical deviations Support of relevant specialist departments in understanding and interpreting complex measurement results Active cooperation in the analysis of fault causes and advice on measuring technical issues throughout the manufacturing process Guidance and training of employees in measurement techniques and the operation of the measurement technology equipment to improve their skills and accuracy. Successfully completed technical vocational training Professional experience in 3D measurement technology or comparable Safe handling of measuring devices and experience on coordinate measuring machine rails Good computer skills e.g. (statistical)evaluations, documentation Safety in reading and interpreting technical drawings, in particular shape and position tolerances Structured and exact operation with the claim to provide absolute reliability in the data Ability to process complex measurement results objectively and to convey them to the specialist departments in a precise and comprehensible manner You can't do everything, but you can find yourself in the profile again?
