Your tasks:

Modernization of the data platform (Oracle → Snowflake) Further development of the snowflake data model and construction of modern ELT pipelines Analysis of data from different source systems and translation into optimal snowflake target models Creation and maintenance of company-wide data models and architecture standards Working with measures to ensure data quality and the further development of data governance processes Coordination with IT, departments and internal stakeholders as part of requirements, data models and architectural decisions Use of modern snowflake functions as well as application of established development and operating standards (e.g. CI/CD, automation)

Your skills:

5-8+ years of professional experience in data warehousing, data modelling or data architecture Very good knowledge in Snowflake (modeling, performance, permissions, SQL) Experience with Oracle data structures and migrations Strong SQL skills and experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience with ELT/ETL tools (e.g. Dbt, Matillion etc.) Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Microstrategy) desirable Knowledge of data governance and DQ tools (Collibra, Informatica DQ, Alation) from Vortei Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, especially CDS views (Consumption, Interface, Basic Views) Ideally experience with AI technologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Generative AI and Automation Frameworks Understanding data requirements for AI/ML-use cases Analytical thinking and structured working Ability to interpret complex SAP source logics in a comprehensible manner and to translate them into BI structures Communication strength and security in handling technical and professional stakeholders Proactivity, initiative and joy in change projects flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing
