Your main tasks:
› Implementation of the concept of building the archives of the Fulda University of Applied Sciences and further development
› Fulda University of Applied Sciences: Evaluation, acquisition and development of analogue and digital documents
› Support for the Fulda University of Applied Sciences
› Advising the organisational units of the Fulda University of Applied Sciences in questions of analogue and digital document management
› Granting of information from archives and answering user requests
› Cooperation in the management team of HLSB Fulda as well as representation in committees, especially in the archival specialist and working groups
Your profile:
› Successful completion of a scientific university degree in archives or information sciences (master degree or equivalent university degree) or successfully completed archiving department
› Good knowledge of methods of transferring analogue and digital documents
› Good knowledge of legal provisions on file management and archiving
