Job requirements: Qualification: Completed training as a baker (m/w/d) or comparable experience in the bakery trade. Experience: Experience in the operation and monitoring of ovens is advantageous. Technical understanding: Ability to operate and monitor baking ovens and temperature control. Reliability and precision: accuracy and care in monitoring the baking processes. Flexibility: readiness to early or late shifts and occasional weekend work.
