Team Lead Senior Recruiting DACH (m/f/d)

The focus of your team is all our senior recruiting activities for Simon-Kucher DACH from sourcing to recruiting Experienced Professionals from all areas. You report to our Director Talent Acquisition DACH and work closely with our team leader for the Junior Recruiting & University Marketing Team. Together, you develop the Recruiting Team DACH conceptually and operatively. An excellent “Candidate Journey” stands for you first. For this, you provide service-oriented highest professionalism at every point of the recruiting process. You are the hub of Senior Recruiting and the first respondent for internal stakeholders (partner, hiring manager). You take over the holistic management of our headhunters – from selection and control to contract negotiations and perfomance controlling. Based on reports and analyses, you will meet decisions for the orientation and success of our senior recruiting activities. And as you like to continue your experience, you develop your team daily through on-the-job coaching.

You bring a completed study and relevant professional experience in recruiting, preferably in the consulting environment. You are an experienced leader who understands and organizes their tasks independently and enthuses them with a perceptible passion for recruiting. Communication and stakeholder management give you great pleasure. You have extensive experience in managing personal service providers and in contract negotiations with external service providers. You bring a “hands-on” mentality and combine it with pronounced analytical and strategic skills. You’re a process acquiring efficiency potentials and bringing project management experience to optimize existing processes and successfully set up new processes. You can master MS Office and applicant management systems safely and convince with your communication, presentation and conviction strength in fluent German and very good English.
