Do you want to actively participate in the sustainable energy future? Geothermal energy uses the heat from the Earth's interior for electricity and heat production and offers a reliable, environmentally friendly alternative to fossil fuels. As a project manager (w/m/d) geothermal, you take responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing projects in this growing industry. From the exploration of geothermal resources to the start-up of plants, you can design innovative projects that drive the energy transition! In this role you can work at a Drees & Sommer location in Southern Germany (Stuttgart, Freiburg, Karlsruhe, Ulm, Mannheim, Frankfurt am Main) according to your preference. Project planning and control in the field of geothermal energy, from design to commissioning Conducting an interdisciplinary project team (consisting of HSE, engineers, process engineers, project controllers, construction and commissioning directors) to realize the complex geothermal projects Monitoring of approval procedures and close cooperation with authorities to ensure the legal framework for geothermal projects Coordination of internal and external partners in project execution Takeover of technical and commercial project responsibility taking into account all contractual data Ensuring the professional and high-quality implementation of all project phases within the specified dates and budgets Implementation of projects and subprojects for chemical and geothermal plants

Successfully completed studies in geotechnical engineering, construction, mining, plant engineering, geothermal engineering, process engineering or in a comparable course Experience gained in the field of geothermal energy, deep geothermal energy or a related industry, ideally with projects for geothermal energy production Basic knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV Very good German and ideally good English knowledge in word and writing Readiness to travel within the framework of project-related requirements in Germany Team spirit, analytical and networked thinking as well as a quick understanding
