Planning, control and monitoring of commissioning processes of plants and buildings Advice and support of our clients throughout the entire project phases Coordination of the various trades and project participants Support in the development of efficient and practical operating processes Ensuring the quality and functionality of building systems Organisation of instructions, acceptances and handovers of building equipment Implementation of technical monitoring services

Complete study in the field of technical building equipment, building automation, utility technology, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline Experienced cross beginners with a corresponding technical background are welcome Multiannual professional experience in commissioning, technical engineering or technical building management Embossed technical, cross-sectoral understanding of the installations and buildings to be operated Ideally knowledge of relevant guidelines and recommendations (e.g. VDI 6039, VDI 6041, AHO Issue 19/39, AMEV 158/170) Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and ideally good English knowledge in word and writing You convince by safe occurrence, high service orientation, communication strength and the willingness to introduce your knowledge and skills into a team You bring the willingness to regular project-related travel activities
