Special education teacher/social worker (m/f/d)

We promote children from birth to school entry in a dedicated & experienced team of nurses, psychologists, educators, ergotherapists, physiotherapists & logoped women. As an interdisciplinary early funding point, we offer early funding as a complex service.

We combine outpatient & mobile work, so the promotions take place both in our premises, in the household of children and in daycare centers. We are also happy to work motivated starters. We are looking for a motivated personality (m/w/d) that supports us in full time or part time (min. 25 hours/ 3 days) This position is ideal for people who like to work in a value-adding environment, make individual promotions creative and feel comfortable in an interdisciplinary team.

A valuable exchange and good cooperation are essential to achieve the best for the children. Very good German skills (level C1 or comparable) are required to ensure communication with children, families and professionals.
